Rachel Grob, MS, OTR/L

Education & Bio

Rachel completed her undergraduate studies at Goucher College in Baltimore, MD where she was the Co-Captain of the college’s elite Equestrian Team and selected by her peers as the team’s Student Athlete Mentor. She received her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University in 2014. While in her final year of graduate school, Rachel focused her research in the field of upper extremity rehabilitation in post-stroke patients. Her main areas of practice and interest are in the rehabilitation of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand and she is certified to perform physical agent modalities. She joined Peachtree Orthopedics in fall 2014.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys competitive horse showing and teaching young children to ride, including using the horse as a therapeutic platform in the treatment of developmental delay and sensory processing disorders.
