Peyton Chambliss, PT, DPT

Peyton Chambliss, PT, DPT

Peyton is originally from Kansas City, Kansas. She grew up in Gainesville, GA, and then moved to Atlanta where she attended Georgia State University for her undergraduate degree. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and graduated in 2016. She then went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Georgia State University in 2019 at the top of her class.

Peyton grew up as a competitive cheerleader until she graduated from high school in 2012. She was very involved in her high school competitive team as well in her all-star team, and also enjoyed intramural sports while pursuing her bachelor's and doctorate degrees.

Peyton was very involved in her PT class. She participated in a service learning trip to the Dominican Republic in 2018 where she provided physical therapy services as well as community service for a small community. Peyton has traveled around the Southeast for her clinical rotations, including time spent in Charleston, SC, as well as Montgomery, AL. She has experience in outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation, and acute care, as well as neurological physical therapy.

Peyton was welcomed to Peachtree Orthopedics in August 2019 where she is working on receiving her certification in dry needling among other continuing education courses in order to continue to further her education and expertise as a clinician. She is LVST BIG certified; a specialized program for patients with Parkinson's Disease. Peyton enjoys hanging out with friends in the city, being outdoors and spending time with family.
