EDUCATION & TRAINING

Dr. Kelley earned his B.A. (1980) and his M.D. (1984) from Louisiana State University. He served as chief resident during his orthopedic residency at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He also completed a rotation in pediatric orthopedics at Children’s Hospital in New Orleans and a sports medicine rotation at the Hughston Orthopaedic Clinic in Columbus, Georgia.

Dr. Kelley has studied spine surgery extensively, including completing a fellowship at the Leatherman Clinic in Louisville, Kentucky, and an additional fellowship at Tulane. Dr. Kelley is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
